Home at Sea uses photoshopped images of my wire head sculpture and a poem I wrote. I used Adobe Photoshop to morph the photos into background images and then added text with Illustrator. I then inverted the pages into negatives to create cyanotypes. The cyanotyping process was quite time-consuming, but the end product was worth the time. I would definitely figure out a new way to adhere the fabric pages together and minimize the fraying on the edges. I really enjoyed the overall experimentation I employed with this process through Photoshop and cyanotypes.
